Company History

Midwest Glass Fabricators, Inc. was established in 1989 with the simple goal of providing outstanding personal customer service to our customers. After 20+ years in business, it remains our company's singular focus.

Company Timeline:

2016 Third tempering furnace added, installed second Forvet(CNC) which doubles the shower door production of a standard CNC. Implemented new computer software program, Fenevision.
2015  Added Forvet(CNC) which doubles the shower door production of a standard CNC , flat polisher, mitre machine, Accupress shear: 12', Accupress brake: 12'
2014 New distribution center opened in Louisville, KY
2014  Added 4th Glass CNC Machine, and Expanded Truck Routes to Columbus OH
2013  Expanded our Metals Machining Center
2012  Acquired New Equipment: 3rd Glass CNC, and 2nd Tempering Oven
2011  Added 2 New Flat Polishers
2010  Acquired New Equipment: Powder Coating Booth, and Over-sized Glass Cutting Table
2009  Expanded Territory to Southern States
2008  Purchased CNC metal cutting table (ACM panel fabricator)
2006  Opened metal fabrication division (Purchased CNC Brake and shear)
2005  Established commercial door fabrication division
2003  Moved to new 50,000 square foot building in Highland, MI (Purchased state of the art "Mappi" tempering oven and CNC glass router)
1998  Expanded to 26,000 square foot building off Ladd Rd, Walled Lake, MI (Added two more polishing machines and expanded delivery area to include Indianapolis and Cleveland)
1992  Bottero CNC cutting table purchased (Besana lovatti edger purchased)
1991  Moved to Farm Lane facility in Walled Lake, MI
1989  Midwest established (Straight line polisher purchased)
